Kidney Failure
Kidney failure, also known as renal failure, is a medical condition in which the kidneys fail to function properly. This can lead to a build-up of toxins in the blood and a decrease in the production of urine. Left untreated, kidney failure can lead to death. There are several causes of kidney failure, including infection, injury, and disease. Treatment for kidney failure depends on the cause and may include dialysis or a kidney transplant.
