Skin Cancer

Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer in the United States. It occurs when abnormal cells in the skin grow out of control. Skin cancer can occur anywhere on the body, but it is most common on the face, ears, neck, hands, and arms. There are several different types of skin cancer, including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma. The treatment for skin cancer depends on the type and extent of the disease.
