Leukemia

Leukemia is a cancer of the blood. It is caused by the abnormal growth of white blood cells in the bone marrow. These white blood cells can crowd out the normal blood cells, which can lead to anemia, infection, and other problems. Leukemia can be treated with chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
