Endometrial Cancer

Endometrial cancer is a type of cancer that begins in the lining of the uterus (endometrium). It is most common in women over 55 years old. Symptoms may include abnormal vaginal bleeding, pelvic pain, and a mass or lump in the pelvis. Treatment may include surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy.
